Net Profit Commission
The distribution of rental income is 85/15 or 70/30, depending on the terms of the lease agreement and the corresponding scope of the property's operational management.

The profitability of the rental business depends directly on the occupancy of the property by tenants. We are responsible for ensuring that your rental business runs as efficiently as possible, thus using a vast network of partner companies and a large client base of potential tenants.
