SUPPORT OF SALE AND PURCHASE TRANSACTION
We will provide management, legal and notarial support of the transaction on the most favourable conditions for you within the current legislation; if necessary, we will provide a certified translation
PREPARING THE PROPERTY FOR RENTING
If necessary, we will arrange a facelift, furnishing and general cleaning of the premises
SEARCH FOR TENANTS
We will find the most reliable and solvent tenants so that your rental business will generate a stable income, or as a company, we will rent your property for our own needs; we will prepare and conclude a rental agreement
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF THE FACILITY
We will take care of the inspection and maintenance of the apartment in good technical condition, communications, and settlements with the utilities, as well as other issues related to the operation of your rental business
RECEIPT OF RENT PAYMENTS

Our operational management fee depends on the rent payment amount, so we are primarily interested in the high level of the project's profitability. We charge a commission on the profit you receive after deducting the costs of maintaining the property.
Net Profit Commission
The distribution of rental income is 85/15 or 70/30, depending on the terms of the lease agreement and the corresponding scope of the property's operational management.
Responsibility
The profitability of the rental business depends directly on the occupancy of the property by tenants. We are responsible for ensuring that your rental business runs as efficiently as possible, thus using a vast network of partner companies and a large client base of potential tenants.
